WE CREATE
BESPOKE DESIGN VISION BRIEFS
FOR WEDDINGS
We work with clients to design bespoke wedding experiences, composed as a vision document much like that used by high-end event planners, creative directors, and interior designers.

These editorials establish a cohesive styling foundation that directs your team (whether that will be a planner and vendors or just you), providing the blueprints for all creative choices from atmosphere and guest philosophy to lighting, signature moments, colours and materials, even scent and sound.

Each one is carefully tailored to your love story and budget, and beautifully designed for you to treasure - think of it like a Condé Nast magazine of your wedding vision.

FOR A WEDDING THAT IS
CONSIDERED, UNIQUE, & AUTHENTICALLY YOU
If you’re just beginning the planning process, it can be overwhelming.

Maybe you’re at the bottom of a Pinterest rabbit hole and can’t find your way out. Maybe you have a clear idea of what you want, but you don’t know how to convey it. Or perhaps you’re further along, but with each decision you’re drifting more off course.

We work with couples of every budget that want high-end and authentic design for their wedding. Whether you’re engaging a planner or planning it yourself, we want to help you create a moment in time where the world is left behind, not mass-produced.
START PLANNING
THE RIGHT WAY
The Wedding Visionist was founded Georgia, an award-winning designer and vision specialist, after searching for affordable planners for her own wedding and discovering a problem with the wedding industry.

The key element that sets high-end wedding planners apart is the level of taste and creative vision they bring to a project. They design an experience.

Many couples overpay for wedding planners for this reason. Our bespoke editorial documents set you up with high-end styling direction at a fraction of the cost; saving tens of thousands along with months of back-and-forth, guesswork, stressful decisions, and basic results.

DESIGNED LIKE A WORLD
WITH A CREATIVE DIRECTION SYSTEM
Traditionally, planners ask for a moodboard and then work with you over the following months to interpret it through dozens of micro decisions that cover basic styling elements like colour, flowers, and table settings.

Preceding the event planning process with a detailed design vision document is how it’s done by insiders in the fashion and events industry.

These execution-ready blueprints consider every touchpoint in the complex art of world-building and result in cohesion from day one. This means faster alignment, fewer revisions, intelligent budget allocation, and confident decision making, with expensive looking results.
HOW IT WORKS
Brush stroke of creamy beige paint with textured ridges on a transparent background.
No consultation call needed. Upon selection of your package, you will receive access to a discovery form where you tell us about your love story and dream wedding.

Questions are designed to guide even the most overwhelmed of couples through detailed explorations of what you love, don’t love, and what’s important to you.

We may reach out via email for further clarification on your submission and confirmation of a proposed concept.

Based on your responses, we then carefully design your wedding vision document and email it to you for revision. You will have the opportunity to make as many changes as you like within the revision round.

Once finalised, the document is yours. Whether you are planning yourself or engaging a planner this becomes the central point of reference for everyone involved.

Vision direction can be followed verbatim or just used as guidance, allowing for flexibility and to let vendors work creatively.
